Applicants are required to have previous Ford dealership experience, good computer literacy, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong administrative and organizational skills, basic technical knowledge of motor vehicles, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and build strong customer relationships, along with a matric certificate and a valid driver's licence.
